Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your order, we will send an email to the email address you have registered with us. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and their prices.

Cancellation
You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however, if you have already received an email confirming the dispatch of your goods then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines below.

Shipping & Returns
We do hope you love your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
All returns will only be accepted if we first receive a request made via our website.
You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you.

Faulty Goods
If a product arrives faulty we will replace it. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please get in touch with us via our website.
Goods should not be returned to Exceed Communications Ltd without prior agreement. All agreed returns should be packed correctly and returned to Exceed Communications Ltd detailing the returns. Only Goods in their original packaging will be credited.

Pricing Policy
All prices may be subject to change without notice.

Delivery
Some orders are dispatched via courier and automatically require a signature. If you want your parcel to be left it in a safe place (ie. behind bins, downside path, in a shed, with your neighbour), please let us know in the comments box in “Step 4” of the checkout process when placing your order. We will not however be responsible if an item goes missing once it has been left on your property.

Used Goods
We can not refund returned items that we deem to have been used and are not in there original packaging or packaged as we sent out. You will have to arrange collection from us.
If you decide to change the delivery address once your item has been dispatched our courier company charges us £10.50 for this service and we will pass this cost onto our customer.

Risk
The goods will be at the Customer’s risk as from delivery to the address given at the time of ordering.
